Tunnels without light at the end

So I’ve done something to my right wrist, hand, fingers, etc. that started causing discomfort yesterday and genuine concern today. I hope my problems aren’t carpal in nature, and I won’t know for sure for a while. Unfortunately tests for certain symptoms are coming back with positive findings.
Typing with one hand isn’t so bad unless you have a code-based project that needs attention. Right now I have four waiting for me. They’re looming around the room, hovering above my head, and leaning down to my ear every few minutes to remind me that deadlines wait for no one, disabled or otherwise.
